Among the goals and objectives of the Foundation are:

• Promoting the development of healthcare and participating in providing medical assistance to Ukrainian citizens.
• Supporting the practical implementation of national, regional, local, and international programs aimed at improving the socio-economic conditions of Ukrainian citizens.
• Promoting the development of science and education, implementing scientific and educational programs.
• Providing assistance to talented young people in their creative pursuits.
• Supporting the development of culture, including the implementation of national cultural development programs, ensuring access to cultural values and artistic creativity for all Ukrainian citizens, especially the underprivileged.
• Supporting the preservation and conservation of cultural heritage, historical and cultural environments, historical and cultural monuments, and memorial sites.
• Providing assistance to Ukrainian citizens affected by natural disasters, environmental, technological, and other catastrophes.
• Supporting the development of publishing, mass media, and information infrastructure.
• Promoting the development of natural reserves and environmental conservation efforts.
• Supporting the development of healthcare, mass physical culture, sports, and tourism.

Specific directions of charitable activities are determined in charitable programs adopted and updated by the General Assembly of the Foundation. Each program represents a set of charitable initiatives aimed at achieving the statutory goals and objectives of the Foundation.
